The film stars the late Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR), Nagarjuna, and Naga Chaitaya in pivotal roles. Samantha Ruth Prabhu plays the female lead opposite Naga Chaitanya, while Shriya has been paired with Nagarjuna The film's dialogues will be written by Harshavardan, while Anoop Rubens will handle music. Principal shooting of the film began on 7 June 2013. "Manam" is ANR's last film in his illustrious career spanning 73 years and the trailer of the film would be a real treat for the legendary actor's fans.
